Richard “Ricky” Eugene Lamb Sr. 70 of Old Town, Fl passed away peacefully in the presence of his wife and children on August 30, 2025. Ricky was born on February 12, 1955, in Winter Haven, Fl to Thomas and Virgina Lamb. Ricky was a lifelong resident of Old Town, FL. Ricky was a loving father, husband, and pa. His favorite thing in this world was spending time with his wife, children and most of all his grandchildren. The light of his life was his grandchildren. People who knew him always knew his work ethic and his kind heart; the door was always open to anyone. He was incredibly proud of the four boys he raised. In his eyes he never had daughter in-laws, he had daughters that he loved as if they were his own children. He spent 44 years loving his wife with a type of love that doesn’t come around every day, a love that is unconditional, never failing and always patience. She is the love of his life. Ricky is survived by his Wife, Donna Kay (Keen) Lamb of 44 years and his children, Bobby (Tina) Lamb of Lake Butler, Fl, Little Ricky (Ashley) Lamb of Old Town, Fl, Joseph (Shaunna) Lamb of Chiefland, Fl, Ory (Kara) Lamb of Old Town, Fl. He is also survived by his two sisters, Lula Mae (David) Bridgman of Lake Butler, Fl, Ramona (Dewayne) Crawford of Worthington Springs, Fl, brother in-law Berry (Glenda) Keen, Little Earnie Keen, Sister in-law Beverly (Brandon) Wonders. He is survived by his loving grandchildren Brooke, Morgan, Hannah, Noah, Jordan, Randall, Bentley, Khloe, Reese, Natalie, Graysen, Kase, Tristan, Kyler, and the baby of the bunch and his wife’s mini, Kory Lynn. Great Grandchildren Waylon, Willow, and Hermione. He is also survived by lots of nieces and nephews that he loved dearly. His is proceeded in death by his father Thomas Union Lamb and Mother Virgina Elizabeth Lamb, Brother Randall Lamb, Sister Laura Lamb, Brother in-law Earnie (Beef) Keen, Allen Keen, Sister in-laws Mary Ellen Cassidy, Gloria Ruth Cooper, Judy R Pinner. Services will be held at the Rick Gooding Funeral Home Cross City Chapel. Viewing begins at 10:00am on Wednesday September 3, 2025, with services to follow at 11:00am. Pastor Doug Cobb will preside over the services.
